Molly Dye, a true southern bell, was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, and developed her love of sewing as a home-economics major at the University of Georgia. After a long and successful career in politics in the office of United States Senator Paul Coverdale, Molly went home to help take care of her aging mother. It was there, watching her Mom and her caregiver struggle and strain to remove her mother’s outer clothing before even getting to the adult diaper underneath, Molly thought, “There has just got to be a better way to do this….”  She said she “dug up her sewing machine from college” and thus was born the first prototype of CareZips pants.
