Caroline Dell, owner of Care Transitions of Atlanta NE, grew up in Orange County California, and obtaining an education degree from Cal State at Long Beach. After relocating to Atlanta over 20 years ago, she spent the majority of her career in adult education in the acute hospital environment. Several years ago Caroline decided to make a career change.
