Hospice, a Natural Step in the Care Continuum Offering Dignity and Comfort

Eugeira 10_20_2015Jennifer Nikiforyan, Community Liaison and Owner, for Atlanta Family Hospice says that she didn’t choose the eldercare profession, “it chose her”.  After relocating from Canada, and a personal experience with a family member, her parents opened a small personal care home in Lawrenceville, GA.  An outgrowth of her church, New Hope Care Home is where Jennifer came to appreciate the satisfaction of serving the elderly.  It was this “satisfaction” that led her to open Atlanta Family Hospice in June of 2015.

Though new to Atlanta, the parent company of Atlanta Family Hospice has plenty of experience in the hospice arena.  With locations in Oregon, Arizona, Texas and now Georgia, the principals know what’s important to those individuals seeking hospice care.  “When asked, most patients say they would like to spend their final days in a place they call home and surrounded by people they love. “ Atlanta Family Hospice is dedicated to dignity and comfort for the patient and family in their delivery of care.   “We want the client to choose where they want to be, who they want to be with, and how they want to spend their time”; educating clients that “hospice is a natural step in the care continuum”.

For more information on Atlanta Family Hospice, visit them on the web at www.atlantafamilyhospice.com or call Jennifer at 678-427-0637.

Kick Wounds to the Curb with Great and Easy-To-Use Products by QCE Labs!

100615.TyHollingshead.QCELabsTy Hollingshead, QCE marketing director (If her name looks familiar, she also markets for Cool Contours, our radio guest last week) went to Kennesaw State University, interested in nursing and science, but when she fainted in the lab, she decided she’d find some other way to “help people.” She ended up getting her Bachelors’ in Business and went into physical medicine where she found her love for bringing great products to the marketplace! Ty has an extensive   healthcare background, effervescent personality and experience bringing health and wellness products to seniors, but she is also the daughter of the co-founder of Quality Chemical Enterprise (QCE Labs) Ty says, “It’s hard to say ‘No’ to Daddy!”

QCE Laboratories was started 11 years ago by Ty’s father, a chemical engineer, and his MD Pharmacist friend as a manufacturing facility devoted to developing products for the healthcare industry that fulfill specific needs and provide added convenience – particularly in nutrition and wound care therapy.  They are proud to be a small local business with real people going out into the community, like Ty! QCE offers efficient, cost saving, quality products that provide added value by reducing the number of meds being dispensed, saving time during med-pass and providing a higher quality of resident care.

Their flagship product, Decubi-Vite® was developed by a consultant pharmacist who, while servicing long term care facilities, discovered a common and recurring need among nurses when it came to decubitus care –”Why can’t someone put a therapeutic multi-vitamin, extra Vitamin C and Zinc into one capsule”? So they did! By combining three ingredients into one capsule, nurses spent less time administering products and more time caring for their patients. From that point on, it has been QCE’s focus to provide tried and true protocols that not only save money, but are packaged in such a way that they save time as well.

Call 800-710-8882 to find out more about QCE’s nutritional supplements and wound care products or go online to order at www.qcelabs.com. Tell them you heard of them on Eugeria! Radio and RECEIVE a 20% DISCOUNT on your order!

Ease Joint Pain and Reduce Inflammation with the Most Innovative Therapy Developed in Decades!

092915.AlanDukes&TyHollingshead.CCPTy Hollingshead, Cool Contours marketing director, went to Kennesaw State University, interested in nursing and science, but when she fainted in the lab, she decided she’d find some other way to “help people.” Her healthcare background, effervescent personality and experience bringing health and wellness products to seniors make her a great partner to Coach Dukes as he forges new ground as an inventor!

Alan Dukes grew up in Indiana where he loved and lived athletics. He signed to play baseball for Liberty University after high school. After a major injury in college, he left the playing field to pursue teaching and coaching and has done so for over 30 years. As you can imagine, as both a player and a coach, Alan was constantly dealing with injuries and therapies, trying to get people healed and “back out there” … So Coach is really excited about this new discovery and the widespread application it has to heal and restore! The name, Cool Contour™ Wrap, was chosen to represent the unique product features and benefits. After water activation and being wrung out a wrap, it provided hours of “SURFACE COOLING”.   Each wrap was custom designed to “CONTOUR” around specific body parts.   Last, each product was “WRAPPED” and secured in place to provide full mobility. Alan also shares some of the “cool” back story of all he’s learned by creating a product and bringing it to market. He explains how these wraps work to stay cool, but not wet and can be worn beneath street clothes or even be worn through a night of comfortable sleep!

If you suffer from joint pain of any kind, you don’t want to miss this broadcast!

You can contact Coach Dukes directly at 678-643-4448 and tell him you learned about Cool Contour Wraps on Eugeria! Radio.  Also, their website is one of the best and most informative we’ve seen! It shows photos of the different wraps, includes personal testimonials of people who have used them and has tons of other great information on pain and inflammation therapy: https://www.coolcontourproducts.com. Use Discount Code: TSR012480 to get up to $63 off your purchase! Every purchase includes a 60-DAY 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

092215.LauraRenna.MovingDayAtlFrom the cornfields of Illinois, Laura Renna was raised to be a philanthropist and volunteer! She remembers delivering Meals on Wheels to elderly shut-ins with her grandma at the age of four.
