Dr. Alan Wang graduated from the University of Kentucky, and did his medical training at Emory.  After 15 years working in the hospital setting, Dr. Wang became associated with Salude to “reform transitional care within the outpatient environment”.  Salude is unlike any outpatient recovery center in the country, in that its “100% dedicated to recovery services”; there is no long term care practiced.  Every patient must meet specific criteria and be able to participate in at least 3 hours of intense therapy per day, 7 days per week.  Ninety-eight percent of Salude’s patients return home within an average of three weeks as a result of this regiment.  “The recovery environment plays an equally important part in a patients recovery”, shared Wang.  “I truly believe that the recovery is an art in which the care environment plays a pivotal role in the recovery process.”
